CENTRIFUGAL HUMIDIFER TYPE "HR"

  • Anticipation desiccation stocked commodities.
  • Dust reduction.
  • Improvement working area.

Hygroscopic material has the characteristic to absorb and to give off water. This way, this material can change its REGAIN (f.i. wood, paper, textiles, leather, ceramics, food, etc. ) When this material has come to a certain point at which it can no longer absorb or give off moisture, it has reached the EQUILIBRUM MOISTURE CONTENT (EMC).The problems will only turn up when the RH of the ambiant air decreases and the air starts to abstract water out of the material : the EMC is disrupted and the hygroscopic material will shrink, crack or curl.

REGAIN OF HYGROSCOPIC MATERIAL

Moisture content in % Dry Weight of the material at variable RH and constant Temperature of 24°C.
